The objective of this study is to observe job satisfaction. The goal is to find out which factors affect employee job satisfaction and how they affect it. Another goal is to find out the level of job satisfaction in a case company and make recommendations to improve and maintain it. The theoretical framework consists of the concepts of motivation and satisfaction as well as aspects which have an impact on it such as leadership and organizational culture. Some of the most relevant theories are discussed. The study was carried out by using a questionnaire which was given to all the employees of the organization.
