This report, Choices and Connections, is the culmination of the Board’s work focusing on what needs to happen to improve the chances of young people with a disability participating socially and economically into the future. It published its findings under separate cover, Post-school Pathways – how ‘it is’ and how ‘it works’ for young people with disabilities. The Social Inclusion Board scoped the issues relating to the successful transition of young people with disabilities to the post-school environment.
