The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the Pacovské strojírny, joint-stock company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Furthermore, via questionnaire survey to determine attitude and satisfaction of workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in this company.
