The system of recruitment and selection of employees in selected company

Whole process of recruitment and selection of employees in this organization is described in theoretical part of this thesis. As the basis for the practical part was used information gathered during personal visit company Lesní stavby, s.r.o. Nýrsko and information from internal company documents. Company and selected infiormation about employees has also been characterized. After finishing practical part of this thesis there were found some faults in the recruitment and selection of employees, some improvements were suggested
