Analýza možností Brna jako fairtradového města

This bachelor thesis deals with the ranking of Brno in the campaign Fairtrade Town and is mainly focused on as of yet unfulfilled criterion of availability of Fair Trade products in Brno. First part of the thesis focuses on the literary research of fair trade and Fairtrade Towns campaign. Afterwards, the work summarizes the position of fair trade in Brno, and the key part of the thesis consists of analysis of the results of research aimed at business operators of the restaurants offering Fair Trade products, and the restaurants that do not yet have Fair Trade on offer. The result is a summarisation of the number of restaurants where Fair Trade is already available. Another result is an evaluation of interest in information relating to Fair Trade or related products among the business operators of restaurants where Fair Trade is not available. The thesis also contains some recommendations based on the results of the research which can be used to determine the next steps in the direction of gaining Fairtrade Town status for Brno
