Analýza ekologického zemědělství v Jihomoravském kraji

The main subject of the thesis is a characteristic of organic farming. There is a description of organic farming, reasons for the beginning, its main principles and aims in the several chapters of the thesis. There is also a legislation of organic farming in the Czech Republic and the European Union. There are products of the organic fading, whole food, its characteristics and marking described in the next part of the thesis. The last part of the thesis is focused on natural conditions for agriculture in Southmoravion region, level of organic farming in the Czech Republic and in single regions of Southmoravion region
