This thesis deal with market analysis and availability of organic food in countryside for the South Moravia region. The main purpose of this thesis is general characterization of organic farming its principles and objectives of organic farming and delineate legislation and current situation in the Czech Republic. Another part of the thesis is focused on organic food and general characterization of organic food. This chapter shows current situation on the bio market. In this chaper are introduced the main produced category of organic food and their production, distribution, control and labeling. In the last chapter are the current producers of organic food in the South Moravia region and current availability of organic food in countryside
