At the beginning, the graduation these describes theoretical dates of employee evaluation and performance appraisals. Next, it goes on with the analysis of employee evaluation and performance appraisals in the chosen organization with the focus on the relationship of the performance evaluation, their merit pay and fringe benefits. At the end, the practical part is compared with theoretical knowledge. Following recommendations are also proposed, which should contribute to the improvement of the current system of evaluation and remuneration in organizations
