Analysis of Employee Evaluation and Remuneration System, Proposal for a Change in a Selected Company

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of employee evaluation and remuneration system in a particular company. The theoretical part focuses on basic concepts connected with an employee evaluation, remuneration and work motivation. The analytical part describes and explains such a system in the concrete company and discusses the process and outputs of the questionnaire survey that had been carried out. The goal of the survey was to evaluate the system in terms of being satisfactory and convenient for people using it or those being involved in the system.
