The role of important personalities in development of tourism in Prague (Franz Kafka)

The topic of the thesis is the importance of Franz Kafka for the tourism in Prague. The first part is dedicated to the life and work of Franz Kafka, his importance in the foreign countries and places where Kafka lived and stayed. The second part is analytic and is concerned with how Prague take advantages of the name of Franz Kafka, which places and institutions profit from his legacy and in which way. The last part collects data from Prague incoming travel agencies and finds out which of them offers Franz Kafka tour and how the tour is being promoted. An evaluation is also part of the work
