In the first chapter the importance and types of beverages are described. The second chapter provides information on the development of consumer behavior in the field of beverages in the Czech Republic, it compares the consumption of beverages in the Czech Republic with the European Union and there is the analysis of production and supply of beverages on the Czech market. The third chapter deals the viniculture in the Czech Republic and it contains a description about the Czech wine market. The last chapter is focused on wine marketing in the Czech Republic and it contains survey showing opinions and attitudes of small Moravian vine-grower
