This research involves two variables, namely independent variable that are job satisfaction factors (X) from Luthans theory and dependent variable that is employee performance (Y) from Benardin and Russel theory. This study aims to find out how strong the factors of job satisfaction, how high employee performance, and how much influence the factors of job satisfaction on employee performance in one of the largest state-owned banks in Indonesia.
