The study was conducted at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bangkinang located at Teuku Umar Street No. 35-36 Bangkinang. The sample of this study was all employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bangkinang totaled 72 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis using descriptive method that the data were analyzed by outlining and linking with existing theories with existing problems, which will then provide results that are relevant to the next and then drawn conclusions and suggestions.
