Analisis Jiwa Kewirausahaan Siswa dan Kompetensi Guru Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha

This study aimed at: (1) finding out the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit towards the interest of entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung; (2) finding out the influence of the entrepreneurship teacher competence towards the interest in entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung; (3) investigating both the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and the entrepreneurship teacher competence towards the interest in entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted quantitatively; an ex-post facto research. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the entrepreneurial spirit towards students' interest in entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung, (2) there is a significant and positive influence of the entrepreneurship teacher competence towards students' interest in entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of both the entrepreneurial spirit and the entrepreneurship teacher competence towards students' interest in entrepreneurship of SMKN students in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurship teacher competence, entrepreneurship interestPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi guru kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung; (3) Mengetahui pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan kompetensi guru kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi guru kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan jiwa kewirausahaan dan kompetensi guru kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: jiwa kewirausahaan, kompetensi guru kewirausahaan, minat berwirausah
