Objectives: This study sought to examine whether suppressing premature ventricular contractions (PVC) using radiofrequency ablation improves effectiveness of the cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in nonresponders. Background: CRT is an effective strategy for drug refractory congestive heart failure.
