REAPROVEITAMENTO DE CONCRETO FRESCO DE ESTACAS HÉLICE CONTÍNUA PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE ELEMENTOS PRÉ-MOLDADOS

In foundation works of the continuous propeller type, it is a recurrent event to interrupt the concreting process due to the unpredictability of the ground or breakage of some of the equipment, such as the drilling machine or concrete pump, and if there are concrete mixer trucks loaded in the work it can lead to loss of the concrete contained in it. Without destination, the concrete can be wasted, which results in increased costs, clandestine disposal and, consequently, the contamination of the environment. We then investigate the reuse of fresh concrete from continuous propeller piles in order to elaborate solutions to be used for the concrete that would be discarded for use in the work itself through the manufacture of precast elements. To do so, it was necessary to quantify these losses and estimate the increased cost caused by the disposal, to elaborate a design of the precast parts, to develop the forms and to apply concrete in the precast parts. A division was made in two distinct cases: The first case was the reuse of concrete leftovers up to 0.5m³ for the production of yards, counter-yards and pavers, in the second case it was used leftovers with volumes larger than 0.5m³ in the creation of a concrete block applicable in solutions of geotechnical works. Given this, it is verified that this discarding generates a minimum cost of R$ 547.30 per cubic meter of concrete, which value will increase as the strength of the concrete used rises. The pieces were possible to be concreted, however some improvements should be applied to facilitate their execution as the replacement on the material of the forms from wood to metallic materials which will bring benefits such as facilitating the unmount of the elements, and its reuse several times. And depending on the work, you can manipulate the dimensions of the shapes to meet your needs and make the reutilization feasible for the same.Em obras de fundação do tipo hélice contínua, é recorrente ocorrer a interrupção da concretagem devido a imprevisibilidade do solo ou quebra de algum dos equipamentos, como a máquina perfuratriz ou bomba de concreto, e se houver caminhões betoneira carregados na obra pode-se acarretar a perda do concreto contido nele. Sem destino, o concreto pode ser desperdiçado, o que resulta no aumento dos custos, descarte clandestino e, consequentemente, na contaminação do meio ambiente. Pesquisa-se então sobre o reaproveitamento de concreto fresco de estacas hélice contínua, a fim de elaborar soluções a serem empregadas para o concreto que seria descartado para utilização na própria obra através da fabricação de elementos pré-moldados. Para tanto, foi necessário quantificar essas perdas e estimar o custo acrescido causado pelo descarte, elaborar um projeto das peças pré-moldadas, desenvolver as fôrmas e concretar as peças pré-moldadas. Realizou-se, então, uma divisão em dois casos distintos: reaproveitamento de sobras de concreto de até 0,5m³ para fabricação de vergas, contra-vergas e pavers e para sobras com volumes maiores que 0,5m³ na criação de um bloco de concreto aplicável em soluções de obras geotécnicas. Diante disso, verifica-se que esse descarte gera um custo mínimo de R$ 547,30 por metro cúbico de concreto, valor este que aumentará conforme a resistência do concreto utilizado se eleva. Foi possível a concretagem das peças, no entanto algumas melhorias devem ser aplicadas para facilitar a sua execução como a substituição do material das fôrmas, que foi utilizado madeira, por materiais metálicos o que acarretarão benefícios como facilidade na desforma dos elementos, e seu reaproveitamento inúmeras vezes. E a depender da obra, pode-se manipular as dimensões das fôrmas para atender as suas necessidades e tornar o reaproveitamento viável para a ela
