Um olhar sobre a escola: a indisciplina no contexto atual na instituição pública

As bad behaviors have been steadily increasing, it is noticeable their reflexes in the current Brazilian Education context. Based on this assumption, this study had, as the main objective, to discuss the reasons that may cause indiscipline at schools, based on bibliographic research method. This research is based on authors such as: Parrat- Dayan (2009), Tiba (2006), Vichessi (2013), Furtado (2015), Mendonça (2010) among others. We discussed the most influential indisciplinary causes, some indications of possible conflicting actions that may start from the teacher, the family and even the child itself, directly interfering with the teaching performance and consequently the development of the students. Based on this object of study, we glimpse in our research, the analysis of possible attitudes to be taken in the school with the intention of conducting behaviors in certain situations with the cooperation of the school team and the family. From this panorama, we discuss that the indiscipline in classrooms compromises the whole school operation, making it impossible for the teaching objectives to succeed. In this way, the lack of rules/ limits, as well as their formulation and structuringf amily are relevant points to be discussed in all educational contexts, because, depending on the situations, instead of solving them, they may aggravate even more the existing conflict relations, resulting in the failure of the development of teaching.Como a indisciplina vem crescendo progressivamente, é perceptível seu reflexo no contexto atual da Educação Brasileira. Diante desse pressuposto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo principal discutir os motivos que causam a indisciplina nas escolas, baseando-se em uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Este estudo fundamentou- se em autores como: Parrat-Dayan (2009), Tiba (2006), Vichessi (2013), Furtado (2015), Mendonça (2010) entre outros. Foram discutidas as causas indisciplinares mais influenciadoras, algumas indicações de possíveis ações conflituosas, que possam partir do professor, da família e até mesmo da própria criança, interferindo diretamente na atuação docente e consequentemente no desenvolvimento do alunado. Com base neste objeto de estudo, vislumbramos em nossa pesquisa a análise de possíveis atitudes a serem tomadas na escola com a intenção de viabilizar condutas em determinadas situações com a cooperação da equipe escolar e da família. A partir deste panorama, discutimos que a indisciplina nas salas de aula compromete todo o funcionamento escolar, impossibilitando o sucesso dos objetivos do ensino. Dessa maneira, a falta de regras/limites, bem como a sua formulação e estruturação familiar são pontos relevantes a serem discutidos em toda conjuntura educacional, pois, dependo das situações, ao invés de solucionar, podem agravar ainda mais as relações conflituosas existentes no convívio em sala de aula, tendo como resultado o fracasso do desenvolvimento do ensino
