EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN BAHAN PEWARNA GIGI DISCLOSING SOLUTION DAN JUS BUAH NAGA TERHADAP PENGUKURAN DAYA PENERIMAAN PRODUK PADA SISWA KELAS V MI SULTAN FATAH KABUPATEN DEMAK TAHUN 2018

Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) is known contains a variety of beneficial nutrients such as anthocyanins, antioxidants, phenols, flavonoids, proteins, fats, water, and carbohydrates. Anthocyanin is a dye that plays a role of red color potentially a natural dye for food and can be used as an alternative to synthetic dyes that are safer for health. The objective of this research is to know the assessment of dye disclosing solution product and dragon fruit juice on product acceptance.This research is experimental research with post test only design. The sample of the research was in grade V student MI Sultan Fatah Demak. Samples were taken using formula Slovin as many as 55 students. Types of product acceptance test (favorite test) dye materials include red color parameters, good taste, delicious aroma, not easy to lose with light rinse and not itching in the mouth. In this preferred test using hedonic scales transformed into numerical scales (likes (4), likes (3), ordinary (2) and dislikes (1). Data were analyzed by using independent sample t-test (? = 0.05).The highest level of acceptability or acceptance of the dye product of dragon fruit juice from the red color parameters of 24 respondents (very like), while the disclosing solution 27 respondents (likes), the taste parameter of dragon fruit juice 23 respondents (very like) while the disclosing solution 17 respondents like) while the disclosing solution is 23 respondents (normal), the parameter is not easy to lose dragon fruit juice 21 respondents (normal) while the disclosing solution 20 respondents (normal) and the parameter is not itchy in the mouth of fruit juice dragon 31 respondents (very like) while disclosing solution 22 respondents (very like). The test result of independent sample t-test shows that the average value of dragon fruit juice greater than disclosing solution obtained by significant value (2-tailed) is p = 0.094.The results of this study concluded that there is no difference between the use of dye dragon fruit juice and disclosing a solution to the power of product acceptance
