Analisis Faktor Risiko Kejadian Infertilitas Pada Wanita Pasangan Usia Subur Di RSIA Gunung Sawo Kota Semarang Tahun 2017

According to WHO, globally, the incidence number of women in reproductive periods in Asian and Latin American countries is between 8-12%. In Indonesia, the rane of infertility rates is (12-15%). Infertility is not only caused by one factor but also multi factors, both from the wife and husband.The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency distribution and relationship and the strength of the relationship between the factors that influence infertility with the studied incidence of factor infertility were age, BMI, leucorrhea, the smoker husband, and anxiety level.The study was conducted within a month with 76 respondents divided into two groups of treatment and control. This study used case control study. Sampling technique using quota sampling. Univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using case control with Odds Ratio value.The results showed that age more than thirty-five years risk of OR 2.67 times infertile. Respondents with obesity and non-obesity had the same risk of infertility with OR 1.1. Respondents with whiteness risk OR 6.9 times the occurrence of infertility. Respondents with husbands smokers at risk of OR 4.8 for infertility. Respondents with anxious weight at risk of OR 4.2 times for infertility. Of the five variables studied it was known that the respondents with whiteness have the highest risk for the occurrence of infertility.From the results of the study is expected to add information and useful as new insights and application of science knowledge.
