PENGARUH KOMBINASI AUDIOVISUAL ANTENATAL CARE EDUCATION DAN SENAM HAMIL TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU PRIMIGRAVIDA MENGHADAPI PERSALINAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SRONDOL SEMARANG

Delivery influence by woman psychological and physiological impulse that can effect of delivery process. Anxiety is a psychological disorder that can give a bad affect delivery. Improved knowledge and during physical exercise will decrease anxiety levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect audiovisual antenatal care education and pregnancy exercise to decrease of anxiety in primigravida in Public Health Service of Srondol Semarang. This research is a pre-experimental study (pre-test and post test one group design). The sample consisted of 21 primigravida that was selected with non-probability sampling. The measurement of anxiety levels was conducted by using the questionnaire Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The result o f Wilcoxon test showed p value = 0,001 (p < 0,05) with significance 95%. The conclusion is more often the primigravida participate in audiovisual antenatal care education and during pregnancy exercise so, the anxiety level decreasing
