PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG ASI EKSKLUSIF DENGAN MEDIA VIDEO TERHADAP PERILAKU PEMBERIAN ASI PADA IBU BEKERJA

Sawangan 1 Public Health Center is a health center with the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage (39.23%) compared to 29 health centers in the district of Magelang. The village with the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Sawangan 1 Public Health Center is Wonolelo village (21.56%). Based on preliminary studies were conducted on 10 breastfeeding mothers with infants 0-6 months in the village Wonolelo, results 8 mothers failed to provide exclusive breastfeeding. One factor prohibiting of exclusive breastfeeding is the working mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on exclusive breastfeeding using video media of the behavior of breastfeeding mother working. This study is a quantitative research Pre experimental, with one group pretest-posttest design. This study population is all breastfeeding mothers who work and have babies aged 0-6 months.The sampling technique using total sampling and obtained a sample of 34 people. The results showed before being given health education mostly partial breastfeeding mothers as many as 25 people (73.5%) and after being given health education most mothers give only breast milk to her baby in the amount of 19 people (55.1%). Analysis of the data used in this study is the result of the Wilcoxon test with p value 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is of health education on exclusive breastfeeding with video media of the behavior of breastfeeding mother working in the Wonolelo village, Sawangan, Magelang. Suggestions for further research is to develop more research on health education both with audio-visual media or other media that can attract the interest of respondents when given health education
