FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA IBU BEKERJA

Referring to the target program of exclusive breastfeeding in 2014 by 80%, then the nationwide coverage of exclusive breastfeeding amounted to 52.3% and therefore has not reached the target (Profile of Health, 2014). Percentage of infants exclusively breastfed in the town of Magelang in 2014 amounted to 52.01% (Magelang City Health Profile, 2014). Problems that affect the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still the number one company that employs women and not give a chance to give exclusive breastfeeding, less concerned for health care workers, and family support is still lacking.The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that affect exclusively breastfeeding working mothers.This research was conducted in the area of Health Center of Magelang Utara and Magelang Tengah. This study uses a correlation study with cross sectional design. Samples are working mothers who breastfeed babies aged 6 months up to 30 people.The results showed there were 26 granted exclusive breastfeeding so that there is a relationship between knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding in mothers working with p value 0,011, there is no relationship between the support of health professionals with exclusive breastfeeding in mothers working with p value of 0.075, there is a relationship between support degan family of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers working with p value of 0.005.From these results it is expected that health workers more active role in health education, especially regarding exclusive breastfeeding to mother and family to be able to provide support to mothers in breastfeeding
