Analisis Kuantitatif Kelengkapan Pengisian Formulir Resume Medis Pasien Rawat Inap Tahun 2015 di RSUD R.A Kartini Jepara

Medical resume is a short description summarize important informationabout diseases, examinations performed and treatment. The usefulness of medicalresume that guarantee medical services, as of the assessment of medical staff, tomeet the demand of the official bodies of one insurer, as information for patientreferrals. Thus completeness of medical resume form is very important. Incompleting medical resumes in hospitals R.A Kartini Jepara still found theincompleteness of the social identity of the patient, an important report and theirempty spaces. The purpose of this study was to identify the review patientidentification, review important report, review authentication and review thecorrect recording or documentation.The method used is descriptive method and data collection is done byobservation and documentation study. Based on the results of research anddiscussion on average completeness of each review, the average completeness ishighest on the review of identification of patients that reached 82.3%, while theaverage is lowest on the review of important reports that 25.35%. Reviewauthentication percentage of 54.7%, while ntuk review the correct recording ordocumentation of up to 65%.Based on the results and the discussion then, the hospital needs to makeimprovements comptitness formulir particularly in medical resume that functionof medical resumes can be held properly.Keywords : Medical Resume, Completeness, Quantitativ
