The blue and violet series of absorption lines in Cu2O crystals has been studied by spectrophotometric methods at liquid nitrogen and helium temperatures. The oscillator strength of the blue and violet lines has been determined. It is suggested that this spectra belongs to excitonic transitions of the first class.Étude spectrophotométrique de l'absorption bleue et violette de Cu2O aux températures de l'azote et de l'hélium liquides.
