The position of the line corresponding to the n = 1 exciton of the yellow series in Cu2O is discussed using the latest experimental values of the dielectric constant. The effective masses and the diameters of the first exciton orbits corresponding to the yellow and green series have been recalculated.A partir des nouvelles valeurs expérimentales de la constante diélectrique, une tentative est faite pour rendre compte de la position de la raie n = 1 de la série jaune excitonique de Cu2O. La masse effective et les diamètres des premières orbites excitoniques correspondant aux séries jaune et verte ont été recalculées
