Thermoreflectance spectra of single crystals of aluminium show very clearly transitions at 0.5 and 1.5 eV. Analysis of the spectra yields the temperature variation of the pseudo-potential coefficients V111 and V200. Discrepancies between the data and the two parallel band model point to possible studies of the energy variation of these coefficients.Les spectres de thermoréflectance de monocristaux d'aluminium présentent des structures à 0,5 et 1,5 eV.
