We have examined the effect of temperature on liquid scintillators when the fluorescence is excited by γ-rays or ultraviolet light. Operating, in each case, with various solvents or solutes, we have found an effect of temperature at different stages of energy transfer from the solvent to the solute and on the fluorescence of the solute.On a étudié l'influence de la température sur les scintillateurs liquides lorsque la fluorescence est excitée par un rayonnement nucléaire ou une radiation ultra-violette.
