The Coulomb interaction within the configurations (d +s) N can be replaced by seven operators ei, with well-defined transformation properties under the operations of the groups R5 and R6. The Clebsch-Gordan coefficients involved in the construction of these are calculated by a projection method using essentially the properties of Casimir's operators. The properties of the operators ei with respect to symplectic symmetry ( Sp12) and quasi-spin are examined and by using the Wigner-Eckart theorem, we can solve the problem of the N-dependence of their matrix elements.
