N. M. R. of Fe57 nuclei was observed in the hyperfine fields of different rare earth garnets (Dy IG, Tb IG, Gd IG, Ho IG, Er IG, Tm IG, Yb IG and Lu IG). Effects on resonance of the lattice constants, of the compensation point, of the rare earth ion, and of the dipolar field are detailed.
