We present a theory of collective transport in fluids which is based on stochastic hydrodynamic equations. We point out that, in generalized hydrodynamics, a state of the fluid must be specified not only by its hydrodynamic components, but also by correlation components. New transport effects and new relaxation processes are described.Nous présentons une théorie du transport collectif dans les fluides basée sur les équations hydrodynamiques stochastiques.
