Measurements of conductivity in liquids. Application to 2CaOAl

This paper describes an experimental set-up designed to measure the conductivity of alumino-silicates melts at different temperatures up to 1650 °C. This conductivity cell has allowed to study the conductivity versus temperature of the gehlenite (2CaOAl2O3SiO2) during the solidification and fusion processes.
