Introduction: Nurses are the majority of human resource in hospital and directly communicate with patient as receiver of hospital’s service. So that nurse’s performance will influence a good or bad from hospital services quality. Nurse’s performance influenced of many factors, one of that is satisfaction. A good nursing’s working climate in hospital could increase satisfaction and quality of nurse’s performance.
