Nursing management is defined as the activity of directing serving nurses by nursing managers. Nurses work satisfaction needs hospital managements serious attention because nurses are amongst the biggest part of the hospital employee, who serve the patients directly. Working satisfaction would improve working performance. The increase of nurses workload, caused by increased BOR, the low performance of nursing care (62.04%) and the complaints from the nurses to the management were the background of this study.
