ANALISIS SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNATAS AKTIVA TETAP PADA PEMERINTAH KOTA (Studi Kasus pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak)

The study was conducted in order to determine whether the system of internal controls over fixed assets at the Regional Secretariat of Pontianak is effective and to determine what factors should be considered that the system of internal controls over fixed assets at the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak more effective. The form used by the author of research is a case study (case study) by taking the object of research at theSekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak. Data collection techniques used by the author is through library research, interviews, observation, documentary studies and questionnaires with data analysis techniques, namely the evaluation of Internal Control Questionairess (ICQ), Compliance Test and Flowchart. According to analysis carried out can be concluded that the system of internal controls over fixed assets at theSekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak is effective. It is seen from the assessment of effectiveness of Internal Control Questionairess (ICQ) of 65.52% "Yes" and 34.48% "No". For the system of internal control can be run more effectively, then the factors that the weakness of the system needs to be fixed so as not to become an obstacle in the future. ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem pengendalian intern atas aktiva tetap pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak sudah efektif dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan agar sistem pengendalian intern atas aktiva tetap lebih efektif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah studi kasus (case study) dengan mengambil objek penelitian pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumenter dan kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data yaitu evaluasi Internal Control Questionairess (ICQ), Compliance Test dan Flowchart. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern atas aktiva tetap pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pontianak sudah efektif. Hal ini dilihat dari penilaian efektifitas Internal Control Questionairess (ICQ) sebesar 65,52% jawaban Ya dan 34,48% jawaban Tidak. Agar sistem pengendalian intern dapat berjalan lebih efektif, maka faktor-faktor yang menjadi kelemahan dari sistem perlu segera diperbaiki supaya tidak menjadi kendala dikemudian hari.
