Il saggio ha per oggetto un’inedita sentenza pavese del 1249. Essa si colloca in un periodo cruciale per la storia del diritto e della procedura penale, e testimonia di alcune trasformazioni in atto negli anni intorno alla metà del Duecento che investono da un lato i temi dell’imputabilità e degli elementi soggettivi del reato e dall’altro profili più propriamente processuali.The essay regards the study of a verdict in Pavia dating back to 1249.
