To solve it is a violation of the provisions of installation of billboards should be tackled immediately. Sleman district government has issued several regulations governing the billboard permit. To find out about the exercise of such permission has been run in accordance with the authors make observations during field work practice in Sleman District Office of Licensing Service. The author tries to analyze the empirical juridical procedures to obtain permits billboards in Sleman is then poured in the form of reports of field practice in the hope that can be useful for the development of science, particularly in the field of licensing law
