PENGARUH OTONOMI KHUSUS TERHADAP PENGURANGAN KEMISKINAN DI ACEH PERIODE TAHUN 2008-2011

This research going to explore the impact of special autonomy that was implemented in Aceh to the decreasing of poverty (delta) during 2008-2011 period. Thera are three queestios are proposed, 1) Does special autonomy give an impact to poverty decresing of Aceh? 2) How special autonomy make different to dessimination and contiditon of poverty on each districs in Aceh, before and after it was implemented? 3) In national standart, how is Aceh�s position on level of povety decreasing after implementation of special autonomy? The method and tools to answer the questions above are pooled data regression (for the first question), counterfactual technique (second questions) and statistic descriptive e (to answer the third question). This research find that special autonomy give positive impact to poverty decreasing. Then, the disseminating and condition af poverty on each districs on Aceh has been decreas after implementation of special autonomy. The final finding is Aceh has be in the big 10 of poverty decreasing level in national standart
