ANALISIS PENGARUH DANA OTONOMI KHUSUS, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DAN BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP KEMISKINAN PADA KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI ACEH TAHUN 2008-2012

Aceh�s province has one of the grant special autonomy getting the right balance in addition to other funds, the amount of funds received is expected to reduce poverty in the province of Aceh, which is currently at 19.72 percent. This study aims to analyze the influence of grant special autonomy, local own revenue and capital expenditure to change in poverty. Poverty changes made as the dependent variable. Grant special autonomy, local own revenues, and capital expenditures are used as independent variables. This study uses panel data by taking a sample of the entire population of 18 districts and 5 cities in Aceh province from 2008 to 2012. To analyze the effect of the grant special autonomy, local own revenue and capital expenditure to change in poverty used a fixed effect regression models with generalized least squares. Regression analysis showed that the grant special autonomy, local own revenues, and capital expenditures are significantly negative effect on the change in poverty in districts / cities in Aceh province
