Employee Engagement provides an extensive description about the employees�s well being. The level of employee engagement describes the goodness of leadership, relationship between employees, and also the job and work environment satisfaction. Analysis have been conducted on several variables that are thought to have impact on employee engagement, that trust in leaders, communication intensity, and the level of employees�s resistance to change. Regression analysis method was conducted to predict employee engagement using three independence variables mentioned above.
