PENATAAN ARSIP DINAMIS INAKTIF DI MAJELIS IBU PAWIYATAN TAMANSISWA YOGYAKARTA

The purpose of this field study is to explore and describe the arrangement of inactive records from personal files and sudent files in Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa. This final report explain especially managing the records filing systems, principle of records arrangement, archival facilities, finding aids, and records disposal. The method of data collecting used to finish the final report comprises observation, interview, and literature. The observation method is direct observation in the field, interview with relevant source and study literature archive studies by looking at a relevant literature. The conclusion of this final report are the records management at Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta has not been implemented because human resources in record management. So, it is needed human resources that have skill and competence in record management
