ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DINAMIS DALAM MEMUDAHKAN TEMU KEMBALI ARSIP SMAIT ABU BAKAR YOGYAKARTA

The purpose of this research was to determine the management of records at SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta which includes managing incoming and outgoing letters, use of archives, archive storage systems, archive shrinkage, and knowing the obstacles in managing records at SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The techniques used to collect data are interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that in the management of records at SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta, at the stage of rediscovering the records at SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta, it was in accordance with the theory of archive rediscovery. The existing facilities at SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta are still inadequate, such as the lack of archivist Human Resources (HR), which results in the management of records being less than optimal, causing problems in the recovery of records. The efforts that have been made by SMAIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta in overcoming the obstacles that occur in the management of records are by helping each other in completing work, then holding open recruitment, and holding training
