APLIKASI ZELIO LOGIC SMART RELAY SEBAGAI INDUCTION GENERATOR LOAD CONTROL PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKROHIDRO DENGAN SISTEM 3 PHASA

Sources of energy in Indonesia until 2008 was dominated by fossil fuels. The following an overview of national energy supply system until the year 2008 (Energy and Mineral Resources, 2010). Whereas, energy consumption continue to increase from year to year with a growth rate of Indonesia energy 7% per year (Energy and Mineral Resources, 2010). To fulfill the energy needs, the government attempt to find new strategy to fulfill the energy needs of Indonesia, with develop Micro Hydro Power Plant (MHPP). However, the MHPP voltage and frequency quality is not stable, because the quality of the voltage and frequency is very dependent on the load. Therefore, technology development need support to make or design the components (device) in an efficient and effective in accordance with a specific MHPP system, and eventually the cost of construction of MHPP will be reduced. One of the component is the load controller (ELC / ICG). Load control device is designed based on Zelio Logic Smart Relays which is a quality control voltage and frequency on the MHPP of 3 phase system. This device use Zelio Logic smart relays as the main control with Zelio Soft 2 version 4.4. Generator voltage and frequency can be maintained more stable in nominal standard value when using the load control device's design of the research. Standard deviation of voltage of R phase 11.74 ± V with percentage of instability is 3.90%, Standard deviation of voltage of S phase ± 11.35 V with percentage of instability 3.88% and Standard deviation of voltage of T phase ± 11.35 V with percentage of instability is 3.82%. Standard deviation of frequency of R phase 0.10 ± Hz with percentage of instability is 0.16%, Standard deviation of frequency of S phase 0.16 ± Hz with percentage of instability is 0.26%, and standard deviation of frequency of T phase 0.15 ± Hz with percentage of instability is 0.19%, This value is better than the standard frequency tolerance of PLN, which is in the range of -0.5 Hz s / d +1 H
