Therefore, improving organizational commitment may reduce turnover intensity. One of the method to improve organizational commitment is through career path. Career path is a series of individual�s career experience gained during working period. Organizational commitment is employee�s will to maintain his/her membership within organization and to perform high effort in achieving organization�s goal. The study was an action research.
