ABSTRACTThis research empirically examines the differences of the organizational commitment levels among employees at different career stages indicated by age, job tenure, and positional tenure. The research was conducted with 'a sample of non-educative employees working at some private colleges in Semarang. There were 90 questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents, but only 82 questionnaires were returned (response rate = 92%).The data were collected by using three kinds of commitments consisting of 8 items each, namely affective, continuance, and normative commitments.
