PELAKSANAAN WAKAF UANG PADA YAYASAN BADAN WAKAF UNIVERSITAS ISLAM INDONESIA (YBWUII)

The aim of the study by the title �Implementation of Money Waqf to the foundation of Badan Wakaf UII� is to know the conformity of the money waqf realization in the foundation of Badan Wakaf UII (YBWUII) with the law number. 41 of 2004 concerning waqf and this study is also to know the way to solve the problems which happen by the foundation of Badan Wakaf UII to execute money waqf based on the existing rules. This is include in category a juridical empirical study, means that the research that conducted to get the primary data related to the things in the field and also the matters which related to the research topics as the secondary data. Primary data get from interview directly to the respondent who related with the research problems. Secondary data get from some books/literature to explain about the primary data. Result of the research analyzed by using descriptive qualitative approach. The research that was done get the result as follows: 1. The realization of money waqf by YBWUII is not appropriate enough with the Law number. 41 of 2004 about waqf, it is caused by a problem that the minim of socialization about the act regulation about money waqf and there is no delegation from BWI in DIY province. 2. To solve the problem in the realization of money waqf by YBWUII, it is needed the delegation from BWI in province of Yogyakarta Special region and it is needed to socialized spread all over either from religion ministry or Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI)
