It is a starting company and it is appropriate that the owner knows the external and internal environment of his company, so I set the goal to analyze the internal environment of the company as well. The monitored company is a manufacturer of parallel wound paper tubes and for a better understanding of the context, I interviewed the owner of the monitored company in which the owner mentioned some sensitive information about his company and therefore wished his company to remain anonymous.
