The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the business environment of the company Škoda Auto, primarily factors, which influence the business and affect it. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theory, which focuses on both external and internal environment. It explains important terms and definitions from the strategic analysis area, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the business Škoda Auto, where I will mostly deal with the macro environment of the business and I will focus more closely on electromobility.
