The bachelor thesis aims to find out whether the customers in restaurant U Katakomb are satisfied with the provided service or whether they have any complaints. For the purpose of this thesis research questions were set. These questions were focused on factors affecting overall satisfaction, willingness to recommend the restaurant to others and customer attendance. The survey was based on marketing research using PAPI questioning. Respondents were selected using the systematic selection. In total 102 respondents took part in the research.
