Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the Selected Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Burgr's, Fresh Burger Bistro. The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts related to the researched issue, followed by an analysis of the environment of the selected company, the content also includes the own marketing research. The findings from the performed analyzes are summarized in the SWOT matrix. The last part contains proposals leading to increased customer satisfaction and which should also help to increase sales
