Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of L'Oréal's corporate social responsibility. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter summarizes the basic facts about the concept of corporate social responsibility and describes keywords related to the topic. The second chapter consists of specific information about L'Oréal. The third, final chapter focuses on research performed in the form of questionnaire survey.
